Dr. Singh earned a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University before completing his M.D. and M.B.A. at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and Kellogg School of Management. He served as chief resident during his dermatology residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center and completed a fellowship in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of California, San Francisco.
